That was rather difficult. It was really tied between DMS and ARFRB for me.

I couldn't make my mind up, so I got my calculator out and evened the odds up with DMS & RFRB going neck and neck at 50% a piece.

Using what I believe are my special administrator powers (although I bet anyone can find out the same info. haha), it would appear that Shane Meadows has cast a vote for best Shane Meadows film!
No idea which he voted for, but my eye is on that vote for Twentyfour Seven. But who can tell?

Wrong! I voted for twentyfourseven. Maybe it was because it was the first film of Shane's that I ever saw and I connect it with a load of stuff that happened in my life at that time. Definitely gets my vote for the best soundtrack.

A tough decision, for sure. But based purely on my initial reaction to a first viewing, I'm going to have to go with Dead Man's Shoes Of course, I've still go to get around to watching Smalltime...

I went for Romeo Brass because It has given me and my mates so much entertainment over the years. Dead Man's Shoes is equal but since you can't vote for two....

I have voted for Dead Man's Shoes because it was the lastest of his films but Romeo is a great film also. The direction and acting (from Paddy especially) is very strong in both.

For me it has to be Dead Mans Shoes, it left me with that feeling, a bit like when you first saw The Deer Hunter or similar, It stays in your mind and you end up watching it again late one night. Brilliant.
