The email says it was shipped on 07/02, so I guess it's available early for some reason. Hopefully, you'll receive yours soon too. Hyde, there's an earlier post about timeline. I think it follows season 6, but I don't think it matters too much-you'll be able to enjoy it just as much without having seen 6.

Posted a query on TPB.org and yes it seems they ship early so that it arrives on or around the release date-I'll be in Scotland 'til 24/02 though, so looks like you'll see it first

I think you are still going to see it first.... looked on my account on Amazon.ca and it says estimated delivery date for me is the 27th February! Have you noticed that the Trailer Park Boys movie is number 2 on the Amazon.ca bestsellers list! At least Canada appreciates it.... and it's not just because it's Canadian.

Nurse: "..and what is your problem sir?"
Ricky: "Well, now I can't smoke, so that's the first problem... I've got a broken nose, which I now have this rag glued to it... and I've also got a truck stuck to my hand! How's that for starters!"
Closely followed of course by 'the double whammy'.
Which reminds me, I absolutely love the genius opening shot to the Green Batard episode. It's just quite a closeup shot of Ricky driving along in the cab of like a JCB... and he just flicks the double whammy to some unseen person! Cracks me up no end. It says so much about his character. It's just priceless.

It's just quite a closeup shot of Ricky driving along in the cab of like a JCB... It's a 'frunt loader'! Sounds like you're getting hooked Hyde-splendid. Conky remains my favourite episode. He's so evil. 'You're not going to listen to Ricky are you? You're a lot smarter than him' and 'give it to him Bubbles, give it to him' Ricky's 'isms' are marvellous. I like the knock, knock 'jokes' too: Ricky: Knock-knock, Lahey. Lahey: Who's there, Ricky? Ricky: A fuckin' shitty fuckin' trailer park supervisor who hangs around with a big-gutted drunk elf who thinks he's gettin' us thrown back in jail but he can't 'cause he's got no evidence and he's dumb as fuck, and he's got this other thing goin' on in his head that's tryin' to... twirly around and... fuckin' get... different... FUCK! Wouldn't pay too much regard to the estimated delivery date Dave-mine's May 2007!

Ricky's best knock, knock joke is clearly:
"Knock, knock" "Who's there?" "Fuck off!"

Never seen that-brilliant! Curious, I work with three Canadians and none of them have seen TPB. They all say 'aboat' which I never used to notice, but now it cracks me up. One of them wears plaid shirts all the time, so I've started calling him Ray. I really like the episode where the boys buy the rocket and Bubbles dresses up as an astronaut-find it really touching

That's the one. I think you can buy it on Amazon.ca.... but I bet it's a bit weighty, thus leading to mega shipping costs. Anyway... Ryd has been trying to use underhand tactics to try and trick me into liking Mac computers. He posted a link to the Apple site and a 3 page article all about how Trailer Park Boys is edited on Macs! Despite that, the article makes interesting reading! www.apple.com/pro/video/hartyanddunn/index.htmlIt's written before season 6 aired, but the last page mentions the upcoming film! The last paragraph is very interesting: Where to from here? “Well, that depends on the success of the feature,” says Harty(editor). “For the amount of money we’re spending, it’s looking like it’s gonna be quite the payoff. So I would actually venture to say that there’s a definite possibility of sequel movies. And then maybe a whole franchise, kind of like the National Lampoon franchise, where every few years, there could be another ‘Trailer Park Boys’ movie.”Some of the edit stats are crazy in that article. It takes on average a month to edit each episode!! For every minute that ends up on screen, there was 100 hours of video shot!!!
