Yeah, right after I last posted on here, I checked out the online BBC News (exciting life eh) and saw it. Kind of shocking. Totally random and irrelevant- one of the most famous performers in the world, and I only just realised now he was 6ft. Always imagined he was kind of 'wee.' There you go.
Never a massive fan of his solo stuff, but he was a great performer-no doubt. And I loved the Jackson 5 when I was little.
Edit: Actually, correction. Off the Wall was a great album.

Been following sky news since bout half ten when reports started coming through that he'd been taken to hospital suffering cardiac arrest.
00.34 LA coroner has just confirmed it.

Uri Gellar is the worst kind of media whore. Uri was a well known close friend of Michael Jackson though, so him appearing on TV commenting isn't as crazy as it might look. How did you find out the 6ft statistic Jill? Surely now that he's dead the news isn't resorting to filling their non-stop pointless news feeds with his vital statistics?

Dont get me wrong Dave I realise he was a friend of MJ but most of his close friends will no doubt be grieving privately, whereas Uri Gellar in less that an hour of it being made official has a tv crew in his home at midnight spouting his irrelevant crap. He was asked when he last spoke to MJ and clammed up and gave a 'im not prepared to comment on that' from that i take it not recently.

Sadly, this fact will now be forever burnt into my brain. Like the time I attended a psychology lecture and we were told that 'ananacious' meant 'pertaining to pinapples' and that we would 'always remember that'......(now, you'll always remember that too). This is even more random and more irrelevant. Sorry. No disrespect intended.

The have ruled out Sunshine, Moonlight and Good Times... cause of death has been confirmed as "The Boogie" ROTFLOL! You dry dry bar steward! Seriously though... A bit of a shock! He was one, 'hey, mixed up kid' but he's given the world some of the best pop music of all time and he will live forever.
